PRICE LIST - 1 March 2019 NURSERY SESSIONS PRICES:
FULL DAY: 7.30am – 6pm £44.00 under 2 years, £42 over 2 years
FULL WEEK: Mon-Fri 7.30-6pm £215 under 2 years, £205 over 2 years
MORNING SESSION: 8am- 1pm: £26.50 under 2 years, £25.50 over 2 years
AFTERNOON SESSION: 1pm-6pm £26.50 under 2 years, £25.50 over 2 years
EXTRA HOURS: £5.50 per hour
OUT OF SCHOOL/HOLIDAY CLUB:
BREAKFAST CLUB (WITH DROP OFF): £15.00
AFTERSCHOOL (WITH PICK UP): £19.00
HOLIDAY CLUB full day: 8 am -4pm or 9 am – 5 pm £34.00
HOLIDAY CLUB: half day: 9am – 1pm or 1 pm – 5 pm £22.00
A discount of 10% applies to siblings for the sessions where both children attend. Sibling discount does not apply if either child is in receipt of funding.
All meals and snacks are included in the price. We provide breakfast, 2 course lunch and tea.
Children receive a snack and drinks of milk and water throughout the day.
We provide wipes and nappy cream but ask you to provide your own nappies.
PAYING FEES
To book a place we require a registration fee of £30 which is non-refundable. All fees must be paid monthly in advance and can be paid by cash, cheque, childcare voucher, online bank transfer or by debit/credit card (please note a fee applies to credit cards).
OPENING HOURS
The Nursery is open from 7.30am to 6 pm Monday to Friday all year round, apart from statutory Bank Holidays. All absences, including Bank Holidays, are charged at the normal rate. To change your child’s sessions or cancel their place at Nursery we require a minimum of one months’ notice in writing.
ADDITIONAL SESSIONS
Extra sessions may be booked on request subject to availability.
CHILDCARE VOUCHERS
Childcare vouchers can help you save money with your childcare fees. If your employer participates in a scheme provided by a Childcare Voucher company they can deduct a maximum of £243/£124 per month from your salary before tax and NI is applied. This means you save on the amount of tax you pay each month. Please note these schemes are now closed to new entrants.
TAX CREDITS
You may be entitled to tax credits, subject to household income and the hours you work. Contact the Tax Credit Helpline on 0845 300 3900 for information.
FLYING START INITIATIVE
Flying start is a programme aimed at supporting the 0-3 age group living in disadvantaged areas in Wales. Under this scheme eligible children aged 2-3 yrs can access a maximum of 5 free 2 ½ hour sessions of quality childcare per week during term time. For information contact Flintshire Family Information Service on 0300 123 7777.
EARLY ENTITLEMENT
Every child in Flintshire is entitled to 10 hrs per week free early education at an approved setting. This is paid during the spring and summer terms following your child’s 3rd birthday ONLY. Please ask us for further information.
CHILDCARE OFFER for WALES
From September 2017 the Welsh Government offer up to 30 hours of funded early years education and childcare for working parents of 3-4 year olds. Please go to:www.flintshire.gov.uk/childcareoffer to check if you qualify.
LATE COLLECTION
Please note if you are late collecting your child from their session a charge of £10 will apply for every period of 15 minutes or part thereof over the session end time.
